Workitout100 Day 1

Hi All,

So my first blog post is not actually a beauty post but I will get there eventually. I have started a new fitness challenge called Workitout100 (click here to find out more). I have singed up to do some sort of exercise every day for the next 100 days. Fingers crossed I will stick to it. This is also part of the reason why I have decided to blog about it too so you all can keep me accountable. 

So lets get started Day 1- April 1st 2014


I spent a whole hour in the gym, which is a miracle for me I like to get in and out as quick as I can normally but yesterday I actually took my time and enjoyed myself! I like to follow the Tone it up weekly schedule and I got in their bikini cardio on the cross trainer, then went onto the low row, chest press, rowing machine and a cool down on the treadmill. 

My meals were pretty healthy, a super yummy Quinoa salad for lunch and Thai Green Curry for dinner, Yummy!!!!
